A couple of bets today from us. First up the unflappable Kyprios, goes over to France to ride in The Prix du Cadran and even at 4/5 the battle tested warrior can’t be overlooked. Always seems to do just enough to win and loves a race.

Added to that we like Saffron Beach to repeat her success of last year in the Sun Chariot and at 13/8 there is still value and will be there or thereabouts at the end. This is a good field and will be no walkover but still expect to get the job done.

We start with Baaeed, with what is likely to be his last race at the Qipco Champion Stakes. Even at 1/3 it is tough to look past him having won each race so far, and with the decision to go here over the Arc leaves the impression that they want to secure the undefeated record and feel they have better chance at Ascot over Longchamp.

To go with Baaeed we’d recommend to look at a longer term double with Flightline in the Breeders Cup Classic in November. His last outing producing a win of over 20 lengths soon sharpened his odds which you can now find for around 8/11. Even at that price it still seems too long, and all being well you can fully expect that to be closer to 1/5 on the day. The double currently stands at 1.3/1

To further further boost the odds we’d suggest the battle thriving monster Kyprios who is currently priced at 5/4 to run in the Prix du Cadran. All noises from the O’Brien camp suggest this is his next target and adding this to the mix makes the treble 4.18/1. With 3 horses who on form look a class above their rivals this seems to be value you certainly won’t get nearer the time.
